IT Support Engineer

The Role
As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day technical operations, delivering hands-on support across multiple office locations. You’ll provide a brilliant experience for users, ensuring they stay connected, productive and secure.
You will:
- Work closely with fellow IT Support Engineers and the wider IT team to deliver high-quality support.
- Set up, configure and optimise laptops, mobile devices and user accounts, supporting smooth onboarding.
- Install, maintain and support authorised software, ensuring systems remain secure and fully updated.
- Play a key role in maintaining and improving IT infrastructure across the business.
About You
You’re someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment, a natural problem-solver who enjoys helping others get the best from their technology.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in a first-line or second-line IT Service Desk role.
- Confidence supporting Microsoft Office 365, plus a strong understanding of Networking, Azure Services, Active Directory and Exchange.
- A collaborative mindset and pride in delivering excellent service.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
- A full, clean driving licence, travel between sites is required.
