Client Services Account Manager

We are recruiting for a fast-growing B Corp agency that is intentionally strengthening its Client Services function as the core of the business.
With digital continuing to scale, they are looking for an Account Manager who combines exceptional client relationship management with a strong understanding of digital marketing.
This is a strategic coordination role, sitting between clients and specialist teams across media, creative and digital. It requires someone who understands how performance campaigns are structured and delivered, and who can confidently translate detail into commercially meaningful client communication.
You will be supporting national and international clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard while identifying opportunities for account development.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day client relationships
- Coordinating multi-disciplinary campaign delivery
- Leading timelines, budgets and workflow
- Translating digital performance into clear client updates
- Supporting account growth through proactive thinking
- Maintaining high standards across all touchpoints
Ideal Profile
- Agency-side client services experience
- Strong working knowledge of Paid Search, Paid Social and Organic Search
- Comfortable discussing performance metrics and results
- Organised, calm and commercially aware
- Confident communicator who builds long-term client trust
