We're working with a successful and growing digital business that partners with a range of ambitious brands across multiple sectors. They're looking for an Account Manager to become the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping to deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities for growth.
The Role
You'll manage a portfolio of ecommerce clients, leading regular meetings, coordinating projects and ensuring clients receive outstanding service and results. Working closely with design, development and growth teams, you'll help turn ideas into successful outcomes while building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Lead client meetings, reviews and strategic discussions
- Build a strong understanding of each client's business and objectives
- Create clear briefs and coordinate delivery across internal teams
- Produce client reports and performance updates
- Analyse data and provide actionable recommendations
- Identify opportunities for account growth and retention
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
About You
- Experience in Account Management, Client Services or Customer Success within a digital, ecommerce or marketing agency
- Confident managing client relationships and leading meetings
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware and able to spot opportunities for growth
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
- Shopify or ecommerce platform experience
- Experience with GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify Analytics or Looker Studio
- Agency experience working with ecommerce or DTC brands
