Experienced Artworker (Part-Time)
Remote | 2–4 days per week (Mon–Thurs) | Private Healthcare | Pension
If you’re someone who takes real pride in your work, notices the tiny details others miss, and enjoys bringing ideas to life across both print and digital, this could be a really nice fit.
We’re working with a well-established digital agency in the Southwest who are looking to bring in an experienced Artworker to support their growing client base. It’s a flexible, part-time role where quality matters more than volume, and where you’ll be trusted to get on with what you do best.
Why this role stands out
Proper flexibility around your week (2–4 days, Mon–Thurs)
Fully remote.
A genuinely supportive, down-to-earth team
Varied work across both print and digital
A business that values quality over churn
What you’ll be doing
You’ll sit between design and delivery, taking creative concepts and making sure they’re executed perfectly.
Day to day, that looks like:
Creating high-quality artwork for print and digital (socials, flyers, plans, campaigns)
Preparing and refining files using Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Making sure everything is accurate, on-brand and ready to go live or to print
Supporting email and SMS campaigns (you’ll be trained on the systems)
Optimising visuals for web and email use
Occasionally getting involved with basic HTML for email builds
Managing multiple projects at once, keeping everything organised and on track
What they’re looking for
This isn’t a “just follow instructions” artwork role, they’re looking for someone who cares about the output.
A strong eye for detail and design
Solid experience using Adobe Illustrator (plus Photoshop & InDesign)
Someone who can manage their own workload and hit deadlines
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Organised, reliable, and proactive
Confident communicating with internal teams
Experience with email/SMS marketing platforms is a bonus
Basic HTML knowledge is helpful, but not essential
The kind of person who’ll love this
Someone who:
Enjoys getting into the detail and producing work they’re proud of
Likes variety but still values structure and organisation
Wants flexibility without sacrificing the quality of work they’re doing
Prefers a collaborative, low-ego environment
If you’re looking for a part-time role where you can do solid, high-quality work with a good team, this is definitely one worth exploring.
