The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing team in Bristol. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver creative and data-driven digital campaigns that engage audiences and bring the brand to life across multiple channels.
It’s a great fit for someone with a mix of creativity and analytical thinking, someone who enjoys experimenting with new tools (including AI), loves storytelling through digital channels, and wants to make a difference as part of a values-led business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Plan, deliver, and optimise digital campaigns across social media, email, and content marketing. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns that engage and convert.
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content including blogs, newsletters, website copy, and social media posts, helping to grow the brand’s voice and visibility while supporting SEO.
• Social Media: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), creating authentic content and analysing performance to drive engagement.
• SEO: Support SEO initiatives by working with agency partners to improve rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance online visibility.
• Email Marketing: Design and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients. HubSpot experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics and AI tools to monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Website Management: Collaborate with digital partners to update and optimise the company’s WordPress site for usability and conversions.
• Market Research: Keep ahead of the curve by staying informed on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Skills and Experience:
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant qualification (CIM or equivalent)
• 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role (B2B or B2C)
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and email marketing
• Experience using AI tools or an enthusiasm to learn
• Canva and WordPress skills
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and email marketing software (HubSpot preferred)
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical abilities
• Attention to detail and a good eye for design
• A proactive, collaborative approach and eagerness to learn
