The Role:
They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a paid media specialism to lead the development, implementation, and management of paid media strategies across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid advertising, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for achieving measurable results. This role requires a combination of creative strategy, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Implement A/B testing to improve ad performance and ROI.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
- Manage client budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad content and copy.
- Use analytics tools to track key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and CPA.
- Generate regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and align paid media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Collaborate across departments for an integrated approach to digital marketing.
- Present performance data and campaign insights to clients in a clear, understandable way.
- Stay on top of the latest developments in paid media and digital marketing.
- Experiment with new platforms, ad formats, and targeting methods.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and outcomes for clients.
Ideal experience
- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging ad content.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.
