Overview:
Our client is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital activity across social, content, web, and demand generation. This is a key role in scaling the marketing function, working closely with SDRs, Portfolio Leads, and agency partners to drive outcomes and attract new business.
You’ll be a highly analytical self-starter who loves to collaborate. SEO and PPC is supported via agencies, and you’ll have a good working knowledge of both disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Content
- Own and grow the LinkedIn presence with high-impact, engaging content.
- Plan and produce SEO-aligned content (blogs, case studies, podcasts, videos).
- Manage and optimise the website for user experience and lead generation.
Demand Generation
- Deliver targeted ABM campaigns alongside SDRs and Portfolio Leads.
- Build automated email journeys and nurture workflows to convert leads.
- Support broader campaigns and events—both digital and in-person.
Performance & Innovation
- Monitor key marketing metrics and optimise based on insights.
- Test and adopt AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and targeting.
What You Bring:
- Proven B2B marketing experience.
- Strategic and hands-on approach.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient with:
- HubSpot
- WordPress & Google Analytics (with agency SEO support)
- Canva or Adobe Suite
- LinkedIn Ads
- Interest in AI for marketing
