About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute impactful email campaigns and automated flows that promote the brand, drive sales, and increase customer engagement. You will be expected to leverage data to identify opportunities and ensure email campaigns are aligned with the commercial strategy to maximise results. An understanding of e-commerce marketing and cross-functional collaboration is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning: Design and implement strategic email campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and optimising for maximum engagement and conversion.
- List Management: Segment email lists to ensure targeted messaging and timely delivery to the appropriate audience.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal copywriters and designers to develop compelling, visually engaging emails with clear calls to action.
- Campaign Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
- Automation Strategy: Develop and refine automated email campaigns to enhance engagement across the full customer lifecycle.
-Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with company objectives and marketing strategies.
- Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in email marketing to drive continuous improvement.
- Testing & Optimisation: Utilise A/B testing for subject lines, messaging, and personalisation techniques to maximise open rates and engagement.
- List Growth: Partner with other departments to explore new opportunities for list growth and implement strategies to capture new subscribers and reduce churn.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution.
- Expertise in Klaviyo, with a proven track record in managing email programs through the platform.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
