Your Digital Future are working alongside a renowned and fast-growing B Corp full service agency to recruit a Head of Client Services into their Devon office. The agency specialises in a number of niches, one of which being travel & tourism, and is seeking a HOCS with exceptional client management skills to oversee the account team and drive business growth.
As the Head of Client Services, you'll report directly to the Managing Director and serve as the primary interface between the agency and clients. Your role will be pivotal in selling new ideas and solutions, nurturing client relationships, driving profitability, and enhancing the agency's offerings.

Responsibilities:

Forge strong relationships with major clients through in-person meetings, shared insights, and industry events.

Lead the Account Management team, establishing best practice and process, developing solutions for prospective and existing clients.

Identify growth opportunities within the client portfolio and tailor services to meet evolving needs.

Develop strategies and proposals independently, with a focus on driving growth.

Establish strong working relationships with other agency departments, namely Creative and Digital.
Requirements:

4+ years of experience in professional client relationship management.

Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving growth.

Experience working in both on and offline
-
Ability to plan and strategise at a senior level.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with strong budget management skills.

Familiarity with creative processes and digital platforms.

Ability to read and interpret sales performance metrics.

Flexibility to attend evening events and travel as needed.

Numerate and experienced with MS Office software.
