What you’ll be doing
You’ll sit right in the middle of a hive of content activity.
Working with the Founder, Meta and a network of creators, you’ll help plan and produce loads of short-form video content that brings the Mystery Guides experience to life.
You’ll be:
- helping shape the content plan
- working with and co-ordinating 25+ creators
- turning ideas into videos across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
- making sure videos have great hooks, subtitles and pacing
- constantly watching social to spot new trends and formats
Basically, you’ll help us turn amazing real-life adventures into content people love watching.
Who this role is perfect for?
This is ideal for someone early in their career who is:
- obsessed with social media
- full of energy and curiosity
- passionate about short-form video
- excited by the idea of growing with a fast-moving brand
You don’t need to be the finished article. What matters most is attitude, hunger and effectiveness to deliver.
Skills that help
Ideally, you’ll have:
- a minimum of 2+ years creating social content
- experience in a social / influencer / digital marketing environment
- experience of META TikTok, Reels and short-form video
- solid understanding of social media metrics
Bonus if you’re comfortable with:
- TikTok editing tools
- TikTok Shop
- adding subtitles to videos
