What You’ll Own
Creative Direction & Story Architecture
- Define and evolve the brand narrative across platforms
- Build episodic content arcs rather than one-off posts
- Develop a distinctive visual and storytelling language
- Turn product benefits into emotionally powerful, culturally relevant content
Growth-Led Content Strategy
- Design content systems capable of scaling to 1M+ followers
- Develop hooks, retention loops and viral mechanics
- Translate performance data into creative iterations
Production & Execution
- Concept, shoot and edit high-quality video and photography
- Produce founder-led content
- Use AI tools to enhance speed, creativity and experimentation
DTC Ecommerce Creative
- Develop and test ad concepts, angles and formats
- Produce high-converting product content
- Iterate based on performance metrics and customer insight
- Collaborate with agency partners where needed
Brand Stewardship
- Protect and elevate a premium brand aesthetic
- Build creative playbooks and scalable systems
- Ensure cohesion across every touchpoint
- Maintain a modern, luxury brand identity
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- Proven experience growing a DTC or consumer brand through content
- Strong videography and editing ability (portfolio required)
- Strong photography and visual instincts
- Demonstrable understanding of viral mechanics and retention
- Experience creating social content that converts
- Proficient using AI production tools to accelerate output

Location
London-based (hybrid). Being within roughly a 1.5-hour travel distance of London.
You will work closely with the founder and be deeply embedded in the brand.
Compensation
- Excellent London-level salary depending on experience
- Up to £100k performance bonus per year tied to growth and revenue
- Equity options possible for the right person
