IT Technician, Truro

Responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer will include:
- providing front-line support for all users and maintaining a professional, helpful and timely communication with their customers
- Setting up and configuration of desktops and laptops
- Managing user accounts
- Installing authorised software
- Ensuring security and upgrades are kept up to date
Requirements of the IT Support Engineer will include:
- Strong experience of delivering first/second line support in an IT helpdesk environment
- Good generalist technical knowledge to be able to fault-find and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Possess great customer care skills
- A basic knowledge of networking, Azure AD, Active Directory and Exchange
Beneficial:
- Experience of ITIL processes, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, InTune, VMware, Teams, SQL and PowerShell

This is a full-time role working shifts between 8am-6pm Monday - Friday and will require some travel to other offices so a driving licence is essential. Candidates must be within commutable distance of Truro and comfortable going into the office a minimum of two days per week.
