What You'll Do:
As a Marketing Executive, reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in a versatile team that encourages growth and progression. The Marketing Team prioritises customer-centric solutions, and you'll contribute by crafting effective communication strategies, developing marketing plans, and executing various campaigns and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a talented team of marketing professionals.
- Mentor and develop a marketing assistant, sharing your expertise and skills.
- Utilise a diverse set of marketing skills, including email and campaign communications (both offline and online), inbound marketing (including social media), print media (editorials and press releases), event planning and management, service message communication, and digital content creation.
- Demonstrate data literacy by setting smart targets, reporting successes, and measuring improvements.
- Ensure the effective planning, delivery, and scheduling of the marketing plan.
- Showcase creativity and brilliance in developing on-message output with a customer benefit-led focus for both offline and online media.
About You:
You're a confident marketing executive and a natural team player. You're organized, proactive, and have a keen eye for detail. Your determination and innovative approach will make you a key asset in this high-performing, learning-oriented team.
Requirements:
- Ideally 2 years in a similar marketing position
• Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, including excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Working knowledge of content management systems and automated marketing software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management/stakeholder management skills
• In-depth understanding of digital and social marketing best practices, especially in a B2B market
• Experience in event planning and co-ordination/management
• Proactivity on workflow management, whilst prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
• Excellent creative content and campaign creation for emails, website, social and print requirements
