Paid Media Manager
Location: Exeter
Workplace: Office / Hybrid
Type: Full-Time
Level: Mid–Senior
Salary: DOE
Why Join?
This is a chance to play a central role in shaping paid media strategy within a specialist, full-service agency that values quality over scale. Rather than managing a high volume of low-budget accounts, you’ll work with a carefully selected portfolio of ambitious brands across food, drink, beauty, and wellness.
With AI rapidly transforming the paid media landscape, our client is investing in experimentation, innovation, and smarter ways of working. You’ll be encouraged to explore new platforms, test emerging technologies, and help define how modern paid media delivers commercial impact.
You’ll collaborate closely with entrepreneurial founders, Heads of Digital, and a talented internal team across growth, design, and development. If you’re motivated by creative strategy, meaningful testing, and clearly communicating impact, this role offers both autonomy and the opportunity to make a real difference.
Overview
Our client is looking for an ambitious Paid Media Manager with a strong track record across Meta and Google Ads, and a curiosity for emerging self-serve channels such as Pinterest and TikTok.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking beyond channel silos, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and values close collaboration to deliver measurable growth.
