You will work in a fantastic team of four paid media specialists, with your time focused on cutting edge strategies and campaign management for key eCommerce clients. As a Paid Media Manager, you will need a minimum of 2 years of experience in paid media advertising - gained either in-house, freelance or from another agency.

What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be great at establishing meaningful and engaging relationships with clients via email, video conference, Slack and in-person, ensuring they have total transparency and are well informed.
- Day-to-day strategic consultancy advising clients on campaign strategies and objectives.
- Ongoing analysis & optimisation of paid ad accounts, product feeds and creatives when a campaign is in-flight to ensure we deliver on our objectives for any given brief.
- Planning, building and launching campaigns and projects for brands of varying sizes.
- A love of data is a must! Converting data into actionable insights using Looker Studio, Excel and Slides
- Understand the performance data at both a macro and micro level to ensure actionable recommendations to clients are based on sound reasoning and can lead to quantifiable growth.
- Help to support the leadership team with other tasks as required, including the preparation of presentations and pitches for new business.
You’ll bring:
- 2 years’ paid search and paid social experience
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets - VLOOKUPs, pivot tables etc
- Demonstrable experience improving results on eCommerce paid search and paid social accounts
- Experience with managing stakeholder relationships by building rapport and relationships
- Understanding of broader eCommerce principles - e.g. CAC & LTV metrics
- Experience with manipulating product feeds for Shopping/Performance Max campaigns
