Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Campaign Management:
- Create, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as PPC, Meta, and Pmax.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Manage budgets and bids to maximise the effectiveness of campaigns.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of broader digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Organic Media Manager to ensure paid media efforts complement organic search strategies.
- Support SEM initiatives to enhance overall search engine visibility.
Optimisation and Development:
- Implement basic optimisation practices, including Search Query Reports (SQRs), audience/placement targeting, and Budget Health Checks.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, formats, match types, landing pages, audiences, and placements; analyse results and recommend campaign changes.
- Research and analyse digital trends, applying new insights to campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and make relevant adjustments.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for audience growth, engagement, reach, leads, and sales.
- Use analytics tools to track and measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Organic Media Manager to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in paid media, with a strong focus on PPC, Meta, and Pmax.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns.
- Knowledge of the luxury goods market is advantageous.
Skills:
- Proficient in paid media platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
