Marketing Manager (Part- time, 3 days)
This is a fantastically varied marketing position working across online and offline campaigns. Heading up the creation and implementation of the marketing strategy you will drive awareness, bookings and brand consistency for a niche travel company. You will be pivotal to working with and managing digital agencies, influencers, designers and media partners. Working within this unique industry you will devise a strategy that highlights the enjoyment of a particular type of holiday and drives bookings across multiple channels with a solid understanding of brand and performance-based marketing.

Duties (not inclusive):
- Strategy – creation and implementation of the overall online and offline marketing strategy.
- Oversee - the digital agency on briefs, optimisation and reporting against business objectives including PPC, SEO and Social.
- Website development support – oversee digital agency to implement web development and SEO team to create new content, blogs, landing pages, update images and content.
- Email – email campaigns including newsletters and price promotions.
- Social – create beautiful and engaging content across multiple platforms to drive awareness and bookings.
- Manage and engage – journalists, influencers, photographers and videographers for content and promotional material.
- Eco champion- create awareness and champion the business’ eco-credentials and work with relevant charities.
- Offline – coordinate the creation of leaflets, brochures and posters to be distributed across relevant channel partners and ongoing reporting of effectiveness.
- Partners – work with agents and tourism partners, including Go North Wales, Visit Wales, Welcome to Yorkshire and Great West Way/Visit Wiltshire to maximise press, PR and content opportunities.
- Budget responsibility – work with Finance Manager to manage marketing budget and agency contracts.
Required experience:
- Previous experience within travel and tourism is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience of strategy creation and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience of performance marketing including paid activity.
- Experience of dashboard creation and reporting using Google Analytics and other relevant software.
