We are delighted to be exclusively supporting our client to find their new Product Owner. This is a great opportunity to join an innovative team and take ownership of some of their key production workflows that drive business success. At the forefront of their industry, they are looking for someone to now lead their custom production workflow initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and deliver maximum value to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the custom production workflow in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Create, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog to guide development teams effectively.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to support the development and testing process.
- Define and document product features, ensuring clarity for the development team.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with the Dev Manager to ensure adherence to agile practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Product Owner, or similar role, within a technical environment
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining product roadmaps, with the ability to facilitate sprint planning.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and detailed user stories.
- Proficient in analysing data, conducting market research, and using metrics to inform decisions.
- Skilled in gathering and integrating customer feedback to inform product enhancements and prioritise features.
- A relevant qualification such as Certified Product Owner (SAFe or equivalent), Certified Scrum Master or BCS Business Analysis Foundation are desirable.
