Have you built successful B2B campaigns for managed IT or cyber security services? Can you show how those campaigns have turned interest into qualified sales opportunities?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a technology services business looking for a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to take ownership of its Managed IT and Cyber Security campaigns.
You’ll plan and deliver activity that attracts new SME and mid-market customers and supports growth across the existing customer base. This is a hands-on role, combining campaign strategy with building email journeys, running webinars and events, and working closely with Sales to generate qualified pipeline.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll also manage a Comms and Marketing Executive and help develop the lead management and reporting processes that connect campaign activity to revenue.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the campaign plan across email, digital, events and outbound, supporting new business, cross-sell and upsell.
- Build segments, automated email journeys, nurture programmes and sales follow-up workflows.
- Manage the webinar and events calendar, including in-person events and partner-funded activity.
- Work with Sales and account management to target the right businesses, decision-makers and customer opportunities.
- Manage vendor co-marketing relationships and Market Development Funds, including applications, claims and supporting evidence.
- Work with the digital marketing team on SEO, PPC, paid social and campaign analytics.
- Manage campaign budgets and report on spend, pipeline contribution and return.
- Coach and develop your direct report, while helping build a reporting framework that Marketing and Sales can rely on.
What we’re looking for
- At least three years’ experience marketing managed IT or cyber security services within an MSP, MSSP, security vendor, distributor or IT services provider.
- Four or more years in B2B marketing, with direct ownership of integrated campaigns.
- An understanding of how SME and mid-market customers buy these services, including decision-making, trust, renewals and cross-sell.
- Strong email marketing and marketing automation experience.
- Experience delivering B2B webinars and events as part of wider campaigns.
- Evidence of generating qualified pipeline in partnership with Sales.
- Previous line management experience.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys would be an advantage. Experience with another automation platform, such as HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot, is also relevant if you’re confident learning new systems.
Vendor co-marketing, Market Development Funds and campaigns aimed at growing existing customer accounts would also be useful.
