Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Contract: Full time, permanent (can discuss flexibility)
Reporting to: Head of Digital
Location: Exeter office/Hybrid
Working Hours: 9 – 5:30 Monday to Friday (Flexible 37.5 hours per week).
JOB PURPOSE
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager you will be given your own clients to manage as well as supporting other members of the team with their clients. You will be your clients’ main point of contact and will be responsible for maintaining the relationship and performance. You will also be the main point of contact for new enquiries and leads related to data analysis and management, as well as keeping up to date with new developments in the industry and how these can be applied to clients.
The role is a blend of the following elements:

- Data Analysis and Visualisation
- Training, Development and Consultancy work
You will take a pro-active approach to providing the best service and results for your clients, with the support of the wider Digital Marketing team.
A forward thinking and innovative approach is essential but you'll also need to be comfortable working through less creative day-to-day tasks as well. You'll need to be methodical and organised and work well within a team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and KPIs
- Implementation of Digital Marketing campaigns and projects
- Creation of monthly reports
- Co-ordinating your work with other members of the team
- Managing your workload and recording your time and output in our project management solution
- Managing the Digital Marketing strategy for your clients
- Leading Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Reviews for your clients
- Upselling additional services to your clients
- Demonstrate your skills and experience via online profiles (E.G. LinkedIn account)
- Leading, attending and participating in client meetings
- Following industry trends and improving your knowledge Digital Marketing techniques (training will be given)
- Meet and greet clients entering the office, answer the phone and deal with enquiries
- Manage client pay-per-click budgets where required and ensure accurate measurement of returns
- Create clear and concise data visualisations, reports and dashboards to effectively communicate results and findings
- Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data
- Being the first point of contact for new and existing client queries related to data analysis and measurement
- Keep up-to-date with relevant digital marketing laws and regulations and identify industry updates.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
A good understanding of the principles of Digital Marketing. A good working knowledge of the core areas of Digital Marketing including SEO, Paid Social, PPC, Email Marketing, Content Marketing and CRO. Experience with Analytics and KPI tracking. Proficiency with data analysis and visualisation tools.
Ability to create a plan, implement it, track results and adapt as required.

Experience with Account Management (or other stakeholder management).
Experience with account management in a Digital Marketing agency. Knowledge and understanding of data analysis and visualisation tools.
