The business is fast paced with impressive growth over the last 18 months. You’ll be working with a UK based audience with opportunity to expand internationally. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager you’ll have the opportunity to hone and learn new skills whilst adopting customer centric and best practices techniques.
Your primary focus will revolve around boosting organic traffic to the website, optimising conversion rates for new customer sign-ups, and refining customer communication workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
Conversion Rate Optimisation:
- Devising and implementing strategies to enhance website conversion rates, with a keen eye on lead generation and user engagement.
- Conducting A/B tests, analysing user behaviour, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimise website performance.
- Collaborating closely with design and development teams to fine-tune landing pages and user experience.
- Monitoring and reporting on key conversion metrics to track progress effectively.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Website Management:
- Managing both on-page and off-page SEO activities to bolster organic search rankings and attract targeted traffic.
- Remaining abreast of SEO best practices and algorithm updates to maintain website visibility and ranking.
- Conducting comprehensive keyword research and content optimization to elevate website content for search engines.
- Overseeing website updates and maintenance to ensure alignment with SEO goals and best practices across all operational territories.
Email Automation Enhancement:
- Crafting and executing impactful email marketing campaigns, encompassing segmentation, content creation, and delivery.
- Nurturing and expanding the CRM database while ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Analysing email campaign performance metrics and implementing data-driven enhancements.
- Deploying marketing automation tools to foster lead nurturing and bolster customer retention.
Direct Mail Outreach:
- Strategizing and executing direct mail marketing initiatives, from creative development to list segmentation and distribution.
- Tracking campaign performance metrics, including response rates and ROI, and collaborating closely with the sales team for effective coordination.
- Ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall marketing strategy in direct mail materials.
Content Strategy Planning:
- Aligning our content strategy with overarching business objectives and optimizing the content calendar for maximum impact.
- Supervising the production of high-quality, engaging content across various channels and optimizing it for SEO and audience engagement.
- Coordinating the delivery of noteworthy content such as data insights, reports, and whitepapers while maintaining brand voice consistency.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Conducting thorough market research to uncover trends, customer preferences, and industry insights.
- Analysing competitor strategies and conducting SWOT analyses to identify opportunities and threats.
- Delivering actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team based on comprehensive market research and competitor analysis.
